RETURN/REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Jolen Store, you can easily request a return/replacement/exchange of a product you have ordered within 24 hours of its delivery.
You can only request return/replacement/exchange in case-
- wrong product received
- damaged or tampered product received
- product missing in the order
Please note that we will not accept return/replacement/exchange requests of products if it’s-
- opened/altered/used
- missing their original packaging
- broken label or seal
- reported after 24 hours

We also request you please send us the images and package footage/unboxing video in the mail.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment. If the status shows “Processing” then it can’t be canceled.
To cancel your order click on the <Orders> section of the <Dashboard> under <MY ACCOUNT>.
Note– Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
REFUND
You can only receive a refund for returned or canceled products. In case of returns, the product will go for a quality check. Post this process, the customer will be informed if the return has been approved or rejected.
After the confirmation, the full money will be refunded to the original source of payment from which the purchase was made within 7-10 working days. For Cash on Delivery order, you will have to provide your bank account details in which you wish to receive the refund and email us at cc.in@jolengroup.com
In case, COD (Cash on Delivery) charges and/or Shipping Charges are applied to the order, it cannot be refundable.
